Returns
We want every piece to feel just right. If something doesn't, you're welcome to return it within 14 days of delivery.
How it works
- one.Email us at returns@allthelilies.com with your order number.
- two.We'll send a return label and instructions.
- three.Once your piece arrives back to us, your refund is issued within 5 business days.
Eligibility
Pieces must be unworn, unwashed, and have all tags attached. Final-sale items, intimates, and accessories are not eligible for return.
Exchanges
For an exchange, simply place a new order and return the original — that way your size doesn't slip away.
